Where This Journey Began
My journey began as a nurse in intensive care, where I witnessed how deeply stress can affect both body and mind.
During the pandemic, being surrounded by life and death every day pushed me to my limits- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Yoga became a way to reconnect, to regulate, and to find some space within it all.
I later trained in India in Kundalini & Kriya Yoga, deepening my understanding of energy, presence, and healing.
Today I share these practices through yoga, meditation, and hypnotherapy, creating spaces for reconnection, emotional release, and transformation.
My work continues to evolve, supporting people through different stages of life - including pregnancy - with the same intention of presence, trust, and connection.
This work is not about fixing or performing - it’s about returning.
